Melsa, a family business which was started in 1860, is located in Graus, in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees (Spain). Melsa has been producing of the very best Spanish cured sausages and charcuterie for over five generations now.
Cured Panceta, which is similar to bacon, is pork belly meat that is salt cured and seasoned mostly with peppercorns. Its intense and evocative flavour is the result of the skill of the master craftsmen of the past.
