Exceptional artisanal ham, made from prime Iberian pigs specially selected by Estirpe Negra according to age-old traditions.
The pigs are reared semi-extensively on farms in Extremadura (Southern Spain), and are fed on a carefully prepared cereal-based diet.
The hams are cured slowly and naturally in cellars.
This ham has a delicate, yet intense taste, is low in salt, with a smooth texture which is very pleasant on the palate.
Ideal for a snack or tapa at any time, alone, with friends or the whole family.
Also available as a boned ham.
Presentation: Whole ham, with traditional ‘V’-cut skin.
Curing: 27 - 32 Months
