Joselito Salchichon is made exclusively with the finest cuts of Joselito's own Iberian pigs, which are minced finely, seasoned and stuffed into natural casings, after which they are left to cure slowly in natural curing cellars for over 6 months.
Its intense flavour and juiciness is the result of the perfect balance between the cuts of meat, the fat and the exact amount of pepper and garlic.
