Joselito Loin is quite unique, 100% natural, and has been declared the ‘Best Loin in the World’.
Joselito Loin is made exclusively with Joselito's own Iberian pigs during the winter months after the fattening period.
The Loins are smoked with oak wood in natural smoking chambers, after which they are left to mature slowly for over 6 months in natural curing cellars.
The Loin is of different shades of red, which combine with the thin white lines of fat, an unmistakeable sign of its juiciness.
It has an intense, slightly sweet flavour, with a delicate and juicy texture.
