This fabulous 100% Iberico Acorn-Fed Chorizo is made exclusively with meat from their own livestock, raised in freedom and fed on acorns.

The pieces of meat are carefully selected from the best lean cuts, such as shoulder cuts.

The dressing, made according to the original recipe from Jabugo (Spain), has a lower content of paprika and salt, thus enhancing its delicate flavour.

Cured in a slow and traditional way, the result is a Chorizo with a unique and recognizable texture that melts in the mouth.
