VillaCorona, located in Burgo de Ebro in Aragon, has been manufacturing cheese artisanally since 1986, using only local fresh milk and traditional methods.
This cheese is made with a delicate mixture of fresh cow (90%) and sheep milk, and is then left to cure slowly and naturally.
Each cheese is individually vacuum-packed.
Available in 500 g and 3 kg formats.
