This Mango & Apple Chutney with Extra Virgin Olive Oil by La Chinata is very aromatic and tasty, with a texture very similar to that of jam, and a sweet-and-sour, fruity flavour.
It is made with mango and apple, white wine vinegar, sugar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and spices, such as mustard and cloves, and is patiently cooked at low heat to reveal all its flavours.
